Every aspect of his care, and the hygiene both in and out of the pool fabulous. Julie introduced herself to my dog and made a fuss before stepping into the pool area to reassure him and make a connection. ✅ She then discussed his experience and his temperament and our aim. ✅ I was with him entire time from him being showered before entering the pool, to entering the pool itself and encouraged to take part in the session with then to reassure Buddy. ✅ After a nervous start, once he realised that he could stop and get out at any time, his confidence grew and having Julie to encourage him after every length helped with that, talking and calming him. ✅ Julie SO attentive to his needs. Just superb.✅ I don’t hand my dog over to any person professional or otherwise unless I have totally confidence that his care, welfare and happiness are being considered. ✅✅✅ We’re booked in for the next 5 weeks, so his fitness can be maintained over the winter to make up for the days when the weather isn’t on side. Even bought him a new towelling robe to pop on him after his swim to keep him warm. All there to make life easier for clients. The little shop area just big enough to get a treat or two or other essentials. I am so delighted with today’s experience and so thankful to have found it. A 5 star recommendation from me.

Genuinely our trips to swim paws just feel like happiness bottled, seeing our darling girl paddling away is just far too cute!

The boys definitely had fun! Us proud mummy's got some great videos and pictures. Fabulous experience would highly recommend. The little shop was also great and the recommended rough and tumble drying robes are the best ever.
